  Scott Sandlin office has to be the worst insurance office I've ever had to deal with. The customer service is completely horrible. For the past 2 months I've had to call the office several times about my policies and even making sure a vehicle was correctly added. Monica Chavez is always rude and seems to be in a rush to get off of the phone when a customer is trying to state their concern. She never has an explanation to why things aren't correct on your policy. When I ask to speak with someone else, I was told that I could only speak to Julie and she'll have to call me back later. I even requested Scott Sandlin and was told he wasn't available to talk with customers. I purchased a new vehicle and had insurance cards emailed to me. A couple of weeks later I received an email stating what my auto pay would be and it seemed extremely low so I decided to call the office. Thank goodness I did because the car was never completely put on the policy. This went on for almost 2 months. Now i just received another email stating my monthly bill went up to $597. Around a $300 increase because the insurance company forgot to add the car. I'm told nothing can be done and they had to back date their mistake which is causing me to suffer in the long run to pay an increased bill. If at all possible avoid this agency. They don't care about the well being of their customers. You are just another number.
