Most of the staff do not even want to work and find excuses why they cannot do something. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unprofessional, poor customer service. They caused a real issue with my business account and then told me THEY couldn't fix it. That we would just have to wait until next week to get everything cleared up. The branch manager is nothing more than a puppet. I cannot recommend using this branch of BofA or Bank of America in general for small business accounts. They like to hide behind their big corporate walls, instead of doing what's right by the customer.
