- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had to go into the branch to ask a question because I could not reach anyone at the branch by phone. I had called 10 times the previous day, and no one had picked up the line. The question I had could not be answered by the call center, so I decided to go into the branch on my lunch hour. I was greeted by a woman in the lobby who tried to address my question. When I told her I had called 10 times the previous day, she told me that they had no one at the branch assigned to answer phone calls. Each of the employees would pick up a call whenever they were free (which apparently is never). I can't believe that a business would inconvenience their customers this way! This is not a mom and pop shop that has one employee to do everything, but a national bank. So much for customer service! I would not recommend this bank to anyone.By Naomi Michaud, May 06, 2017
