- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I work with the City of McKinney on a daily basis. My company connects utilities for vacant rental properties. I also live in Mckinney and the water at my house is provided through them. Anytime I have an issue that requires a phone call they are always polite and are able to assist. I'm sure this is due to the fact that I treat the people I talk to with respect and don't call in with an attitude or looking to argue, you get what you give. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆City of Mckinney Water has turned my water off and stated I owed $641 to turn it back on, wondering how did I use $641 worth of water- I cant use that much water in a year, water bill was paid waited all day they finally cut it back on, a week later I get a tag on the door your water has been turned off your owe us an additional $375 to turn it back on including $150 additional deposit due to a payment was returned back IN FEBRUARY. I asked Alexandra Casey an employee with the City of Mckinney Water for an explanation and she could not provide one. She is very rude and unprofessional as the company. No one contacted me regarding anything just came home to a note on the door saying you owe us more money again. WORST UTILITY COMPANY EVER! My bill is over $120 a month every month and when im gone and no one is home its STILL THE SAME $120! When they cut the water off it cause a water backup in my house with clogged drains.
