  The communication between the staff is horrible. I had to speak with multiple people and consistently be on their case about my file to make sure it would get done. I would get different information from different people. In the end, my tax file got done ahead of time like I wanted. However, I never got a copy of my tax report. Spoke with Pratik who said it will be ready by 9:30 AM to pick up at the front desk. Came in at 10:10 AM (closer to the Indian standard time figuring it wouldn't be ready at 9:30) and it wasn't ready. The told the front lady it'll only take 5 mins. I'm leaving at 10:30 AM with my file; now having to be late to work which is on the other side of Dallas. Excellent job Perfect Tax crew! On a side note, the front desk lady was very friendly and understanding. She kept calling the back to check on the status letting them know that I had to get to work (although it didn't make a difference to them) without me having to ask her. She tried her best from her end to speed up the process.

  I hope there is zero rating for this. They ask you to pay before giving an estimate. once you pay you rarely hear from them. They take months to complete tax returns for an individuals itself. I have paid them and been waiting from 15 days just get the draft, when gave a call and asked about the draft still working is the answer and no estimated date of completing the draft. I seriously regret approaching them for tax returns. Please make sure you are not in this position better to go with other firms.

  First off I see about at least 4 5 star reviews from people who WORK there! When you need to force your employees to give you a 5 star ratings to get your average up over 3 stars that tells you a LOT. I see now that is how they fooled me. So for my experience, let's see, they lost some of my paper work. So after I replaced the paper work they said they lost THEN they said they had actually lost different paperwork so I had to go about getting what they actually lost instead of what they said they lost. Confused? Welcome to Perfect Tax! :) Then they took a long to complete the work they did. They did not return calls OR e-mails (after they got paid anyway) and to then just to make it perfect they charged my credit card for work they did not perform. Don't even think about working with this clown car of an accounting firm! (BTW, he just called and said if I do some more paperwork and give him some more money he will do the work he already charged me for- So I can foresee now the "owner response" will be that he tried to work with me and make it right. I said refund what you already charged and did not do if you want to make it right. That did not happen)
