- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Incredibly unprofessional. Have continually had problems at this branch with one employee in particular, making odd requests and having a terrible attitude. She's treated my daughter very poorly when she's gone in to cash her little pay checks. Finally brought it to the attention of a manager today, and received an absolutely terrible response. The manager defended the employees actions (asking for excessive ID including social security card, telling my daughter that her passport isn't valid ID, she also added extra charges to the transaction that they could not explain). We do hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business here yearly, and that stops today. We are changing banks and transitioning ALL of our business elsewhere. Enough is enough. Couldn't believe the gall of the manager who refused to admit that what his employee had done was inappropriate at best, and probably illegal.By Melissa Pope, June 12, 2017
