    Learn how to build an instructional website. Online it is unclear of the precise amount to make a money order for and the wait times are far from accurate. Just waited over an hour longer than quoted per the website and now I have to wait another 30 minutes and fix my money order. Unfortunate that places that have forced business are ran so terribly with no consequence.

    It is very obvious they don't like taking in passport applications. Not Customer focused... especially with passport related services. They will make you WAIT even when no one is in the waiting area. When you inquire why your number is not being called after 45-60 minutes they respond Passport applications is NOT A PRIORITY!!! Really!??!!!

    Katrina at the Passport office was very nice. There was literally NO wait. This is my third time over the years utilizing the office for passports, and have never had a wait of any kind. Very efficient, organized and thorough.
