- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I always felt as though title companies were in cahoots with the realtors as a money-making scheme, and this company solidified that belief. The seller we purchased from was also the realtor (it was a flip), which is fine except for that I brought up several times that the taxes would increase and I would expect to be paid the difference once the tax bill came. I was assured by the title company that the paperwork supported that. I'm not a lawyer, so my interpretation was that it would as well. The tax bill comes out and I requested the difference ($300, which I'm sure wasn't a lot to the realtor who made tens of thousands off the transaction, but is a lot to me). I was scoffed at and told that never happens. This was on top of the fact that after the title company got the closing documents, the numbers were recalculated in the REALTOR's favor. It was about $750 out of my pocket. So, I'm pretty upset that both the realtor and the title company seemed to just push the transaction through. I will leave this same review for the realtor. I know I didn't appropriately halt at the red flags, but it's still upsetting to know that the "third party" is against you. I would not recommend this company.By Bryan Wakelin, May 26, 2017

Without hesitation, I would give them an exceptional rating for their quality of work, customer service attitude, and far exceeding expectations. It's always a joyful experience for my clients. I find their vast knowledge has been a comfort to help overcome some challenged title work. There has not been one instance that I would have given less than a 10+ rating for their outstanding service.
