  Our 7-year-old son experienced a very painful and traumatic leg injury due to a defective product. It was an injury that should not have happened, and required two surgeries and months of rehabilitation. It’s never easy to see your child suffer in the moment, and also worry about any possible future impact on his quality of life.   Luce Evans Law was amazing to work with. We worked closely with Chase, Tammie, and Mary Beth and for 2 years we were battling a moving company for damages which at times we didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Luce Evans and their staff were honest and upfront from the beginning saying it would be a long process and it was as well as frustrating. They urged us to keep the faith and we did, as they continuously worked hard on our behalf. Finally after 2 years we got the settlement we deserved and more than we expected.
