  Have been a customer for over 10 years, and my in-laws close to 20. When the management changed a year ago or so, customer service has completely changed. Bought a pair of earrings, and my wife was not pleased with the size. I returned and ordered another pair, and was credited 50% of what I paid, despite started return policy of a 15% restock fee. The ordered pair ended up not the color my wife was wanting, and again they tried to give only 50% of my original cost. In my last conversation with the owner, her was extremely rude and let me know he didn't care if he lost my business over this issue.

  Chris helped me reset a diamond into a new Wedding Set today. He listened to what I wanted, and made it happen within my budget. Extra gold star for having the rings set and sized TODAY! I can't wait to have my earrings and pendant made!

  I've never had to get a ring sized until now and they were very helpful from the moment I entered the door. They were really nice, they had the ring ready in no time and it looks great.
