  I love the idea of this however I can only give this a one star because the service has been absolutely horrible. My son has a mental disability and uses this service for getting to and from work daily. You would think this would make my life easier. his ride is every day at the same time yet, at least 1-2 times a week, I'm calling them to find out where they are at. In the last year, his entire ride has been cancelled multiple times "in error" as they tell me. And he missed work. Just recently they cancelled him out of the blue, telling me that they were no longer doing curbside pick-ups except for disabilities. Hello?!!! So they cancelled my disabled son's ride without any notice! after they realized they did it by mistake, they assured me that his rides would not be disrupted again and they had him set up again. Then the very next day, no one showed up to pick him up and I had to leave work, drive 30 minutes to pick him up to take him to his job so he didn't miss again and he was an hour late. Luckily his job has seen him sit there for 2 hours after work waiting for them so they know it's not his fault but they can't keep letting him come and go. he's lucky to be working and these people are messing it up because they can't get their operations under control. I will say, the drivers are very nice to my son and he likes them a lot. Now if they can get their scheduling, customer service and operations working, maybe this could be a good thing. I stopped holding my breath about 8 months ago. Okay, I've upgraded my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star for improvement. I'm keeping my old comments on here because it was a huge mess and I want to make sure it continues to improve however I can and will honestly say that the last 6 months have been a major improvement and we've only had a few mishaps but nothing to the extent as above and the drivers that my son has now have gotten to know him and really have been nice to him so I'm beginning to feel much more comfortable with the service. Hopefully in another 6 months, I'll forget how awful the beginning was and revise this review completely.
