- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The drive thru at this location is almost always a painful experience. It doesn't appear that they have a regular teller. Unfortunately this is the closest branch near me and my husband has not yet gotten around to changing banks. Such poor customer service. Today, yet another poor experience. AS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH, it took almost 20 minutes for me to deposit my check and get some cash back. I called them twice. The second time the first teller answered my call picking up an envelope on the counter in front of him holding it up for me to see asking why I sent my money back? I told him how long I'd been waiting and that nothing has come out. It was then sent. If this was a one time experience, I'd give more grace, but at this location, I've come to expect my time to be wasted.By DeeDee Schultz, September 20, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to cash a check from a customer who has an account with this credit union. They charge a $5 fee for non members and create a user profile for you as though you are opening an account. The lady took my ID with the check after I waited for 5 mins already and went to a side office for something. I waited another 5 mins for her to return and then another 5 mins for her to set up my "profile". Needless to say when I walked in it was 15 mins till 5...I didnt get out of there till 15 after 5. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The middle eastern man at the front desk is rude and obnoxious. He doesn't greet you, he barks at you from behind the counter asking what you want. What's the point of filling out the sign in sheet if I'm just going to be forced to yell it out to the entire room.
