- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service here is a joke. Had a pre-printed label for shipping golf clubs through ShipSticks as I have done many times before. Asked them if they had a standard golf bag box and they said no. I went and bought a box from FedEx because they actually offer standard boxes. Brought the clubs back with the label affixed and they refused to take them. Melody said that it was not packed properly (brand new box, brand new tape, very secure) and that they would refuse it because they didn't pack it and it had the FedEx logo on the side of the box. ShipSticks switched me over to FedEx and I took the clubs there. NEVER going back to this store. They have NO idea what they are doing.By Tim Roberts, October 31, 2016
