  Arrived at 8:45 am on a Thursday and the line was already overflowing into the parking lot... However, I was out the door and home before 9:30 am. The gentlemen who assisted me at the desk was quick and efficient. Get there early and be prepared with the the proper documents/forms and you won't wait too long for your number to be called.

  Window 18 is the number one service ever today. He provided best & quick service for me and wife. Even though the air quality is not good to breath and we had to wait more than two hours...

  You will spend at least an hour here no matter why you are there. Don't try to figure out their numbering system. It makes no sense. The security guard keeps the lobby quiet. You will be asked to leave if you do not listen. The staff is nice. Never go around lunch. That's a guaranteed 2 hour wait. They have 20 windows but about half are actually staffed. Do as much as you can online before actually going in.

  I went in for a name change on my SS card. Arrived at 8:53am (7 minutes before they opened) and left by 9:09am. They were well organized and straight forward. I never sat down until going to the desk of a gentleman that assisted myself in the name change process, it was perfect. Great experience. Thanks!
